Don’t let the name fool you—the Firefly is less "pretty bug" and more "flying incinerator." 🛡️🔥
This heavily armored ARC drone is a nightmare in close-quarters, often backing up Wasp and Hornet patrols with its gimbal-mounted flamethrower. If you let it get close, it’s game over.
Here is how you ground the beast:
🎯 Identify the Weak Point
When the Firefly enters combat mode, it extends its flamethrower. This action exposes an unarmored yellow fuel tank. This is your primary target—hit it hard for massive bonus damage!
✈️ Destabilize the Flight
The Firefly stays level using four armored thrusters. If you focus your fire and destroy multiple thrusters, the drone loses stabilization. A destabilized Firefly will careen into the environment, and every collision deals heavy internal damage, often leading to a total mechanical failure.
🧨 The "Trailblazer" Strategy
Looking for a pro-tier play? Use the Trailblazer Grenade.
Throw the Trailblazer to create a path of flammable gas.
Bait the Firefly into the trail as it tries to close the distance.
Watch as the gas ignites, caught in a chain reaction that shreds ARC armor.
⚠️ WATCH OUT: When a Firefly goes down, it doesn't go quietly. Upon destruction, it will ignite the surrounding area for a short duration. Don't rush in for the loot too quickly, or you'll end up extra crispy.
Stay frosty, Raiders. 🫡
