How do I use Content Manager?

Find and manage scheduled posts, drafts, uploads in progress, and posts that need attention.

Content Manager keeps your scheduled posts, saved drafts, uploads in progress, and posts that need attention in one place.

Open Content Manager

Lowlight app: Open your profile menu, then choose Scheduled & Drafts.

Web: Open your profile menu, then choose Scheduled & Drafts. You can also open Content Manager directly.

The calendar button on the post creation screen also opens Content Manager.

Choose a View

Scheduled: Posts and reels waiting for their publish time.

Drafts: Saved posts that are not live.

Processing: Uploads and videos Lowlight is still preparing.

Failed: Posts that need another try or a different action.

Manage a Post

Choose a post to see the actions available. Depending on the post's status, you may be able to edit, schedule, reschedule, publish now, move it to Drafts, retry, or delete it.

Canceling a schedule keeps the post as a draft. Deleting a post cannot be undone.

Schedule a Post

Choose a date and time at least 1 minute in the future and within the next 90 days. Times are shown in your local timezone.

If a scheduled reel is still being prepared at its publish time, Lowlight waits until the video is ready before making it live.

Open the scheduling page on web to review or update your scheduled posts.

If a Draft Is Missing

Only posts saved as drafts appear in the Drafts view. If you left while editing before saving, return to the post creation screen on the same device.

Video drafts may need to be continued on the device where they were created.

If a Post Fails

Open Failed, choose the post, and use Retry if it appears. If Retry is unavailable or does not work, delete the failed post and create it again from the original photo or video.

Pull down to refresh in the app, or choose Refresh on web, if a recent change is not shown yet.
