Content Manager is now live on Lowlight!

Great posts do not always happen in one sitting. Sometimes you want to line up tomorrow's clip, save an idea before it disappears, or come back when an upload needs another try.

Content Manager gives all of that work one place. It brings together your scheduled posts, saved drafts, uploads in progress, and anything that needs your attention.

What Content Manager Includes

Content Manager is organized into four simple views:

Scheduled shows upcoming posts and reels in the order they will go live.

Drafts keeps saved posts that are not ready for the feed yet.

Processing follows uploads and videos Lowlight is still preparing.

Failed collects posts that need your attention and shows the available next steps.

You can see what is ready, what is still processing, and what needs your attention without searching through different parts of Lowlight.

Schedule on Your Time

Choose when a post should go live, from a minute in the future up to 90 days ahead. Content Manager shows scheduled times in your local timezone.

Plans change. Open any scheduled post to choose a new time, publish it now, or cancel the schedule and return it to Drafts.

If a scheduled reel is still being prepared when its publish time arrives, Lowlight will wait until the video is ready before making it live.

Open the scheduling page on web to review or update your scheduled posts.

Save the Idea, Finish It Later

Not every caption is ready on the first pass. Save a post as a draft and return to finish it later.

From Drafts, you can open a saved post to keep editing, schedule it for later, publish it now, or delete it.

Manage Failed Uploads

Most uploads finish without any extra work. When an upload fails, Content Manager shows the available options.

Processing shows what Lowlight is still working on. Failed shows posts that could not finish, with options to retry when the original upload is available or remove the post and start again.

Where to Find Content Manager

In the Lowlight app, open your profile menu and choose Scheduled & Drafts. On web, open your profile menu and choose Scheduled & Drafts.

You can also use the calendar shortcut while creating a post or go directly to Content Manager on web.
