Lowlight Creator Requirements & Roadmap

Lowlight is building a place where gaming creators can publish original work, grow an audience, build community, and participate in monetization as they qualify and as monetization expands.
Current Beta Stage 0
- Followers: 25 followers.
- Recent views: 500 views in the last 30 days.
- Active days: 14+ active days.
- Content: 10+ published pieces of content shown as posts in Lowlight.
- Account standing: good standing with no active suspension or ban.
- Review: manual review for original gaming content, account quality, and application quality.
These are beta guidelines and may change. Meeting the numeric requirements does not guarantee approval.
Future Beta-Stage Roadmap
Future stages are roadmap guidelines, not active requirements until they appear in the Creator Program experience or the Help Center source of truth.
Beta Stage 1
- 100 followers.
- 2,500 views in the last 30 days.
- 14+ active days.
- 10+ published pieces of content.
- One post with 50+ interactions or 5+ active referrals.
Beta Stage 2
- 250 followers.
- 10,000 views in the last 30 days.
- 14+ active days.
- 10+ published pieces of content.
- One post with 50+ interactions or 5+ active referrals.
Beta Stage 3
- 1,000 followers.
- 25,000 views in the last 30 days.
- 30+ active days.
- 20+ published pieces of content.
Beta Stage 4
- 2,500 followers.
- 50,000 views in the last 30 days.
- 30+ active days.
- 20+ published pieces of content.
Organization Exceptions
Lowlight may make exceptions for creators in approved Official Organizations or Partner Organizations, especially when the organization is actively building on Lowlight. Exceptions are manually reviewed and are not guaranteed.
Fast Track Review
Fast Track requires at least 5,000 verified followers on one supported external platform. The current application accepts Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Kick, Blaze, and Streemrz.
Lowlight may require ownership verification. Audience size does not guarantee approval, and Fast Track approval does not automatically activate monetization.

Creator Status and Discovery
Creator or Partner status may be used as one positive signal in feed ranking and discovery. It does not guarantee reach, views, impressions, engagement, payouts, or continued distribution.
Monetization Direction
Lowlight is targeting Creator monetization by the end of Summer 2026. Timing, rollout scope, and eligibility details may change during testing.
Eligible creators can earn 80-90% of eligible ad revenue as monetization expands. Final content, account, earnings, and payout requirements will be published before monetization launches.
