I pre-ordered the 10th anniversary collection the very day the pre-orders went live. BHVR, to their credit, had kept me updated about the roadmap for its contents and it kept me excited. So, end of June, I was sent an email saying "due to ongoing shipping issues, your item will be delayed until August". This wouldn't have bothered me as much, if I hadn't seen other creators show off their very same collectors edition, THAT WAS GIFTED TO THEM! Not only did I pay the price they were asking for when I ordered it, but they had some to give to creators. This is such a kick in the teeth for people like me who actually paid for it, just to have it delayed, whilst creators (who are from my part of the world) get theirs without payment. And its not as if this was done as a stunt to get more people to order them, because they sold out very fast. I hate it when companies overlook paying fans.
