TeamNineTails is officially live on Lowlight.

Founded by ZoomNineTails in 2023, the organization now includes more than 70 creators across several streaming platforms, with more currently going through its trial process.

The content is all over the place. Survival games, space games, Fortnite, RPGs, Dungeons & Dragons, simulators, art, community content, and occasionally random singing.

That is kind of the point.

Zoom did not start TeamNineTails to make dozens of creators look and act the same. He wanted to build somewhere people could create their own way and still feel like part of something.

How TeamNineTails Started

Zoom created TeamNineTails after spending time around other organizations that did not match what he thought a creator team should be.

He wanted members to have creative freedom, be treated like individuals, and actually know the people they were building alongside.

The team’s mission is:

Lead with influence. Navigate challenges. Evolve beyond limits.

The name comes from the kitsune, the nine-tailed fox from Japanese mythology. The idea of something continuing to grow and evolve stuck with Zoom, and eventually became the identity of the organization.

TeamNineTails describes itself as open-minded, compassionate, dependable, and fun, with honesty, inclusion, and respect at the center of the team.

When asked what people might not expect about the organization, Zoom had a simpler answer:

“We actually enjoy supporting people.”

70+ Creators Doing Their Own Thing

Joining TeamNineTails starts with an application and a one-on-one conversation with Zoom.

The goal is less about checking boxes and more about figuring out who someone is, what they want from a team, and whether they fit with the people already there.

Members come from different platforms, communities, and corners of gaming and content creation.

“We like to treat everyone as individuals,” Zoom said. “We give people creative freedom and let them feel no pressure.”

Even the branding reflects that.

Members can receive their own custom version of the TeamNineTails fox logo, designed around their individual identity and style.

Same fox. Very different creators.

They Actually Hang Out

TeamNineTails members regularly hang out in voice chat, support each other’s streams, play games together, and collaborate in smaller groups.

There is an official team game night once a month, although the group tends to end up playing together throughout the rest of the month anyway.

Survival games are especially popular, but there is no real house genre. One night might be Fortnite, another an RPG, a simulator, Dungeons & Dragons, or whatever somebody convinced the rest of the group to play.

You will see that same mix from TeamNineTails on Lowlight through clips, collaborations, posts, and whatever moments probably should have stayed in voice chat.

Mental Health Advocacy Is Part of the Team

TeamNineTails also has a mental health ambassador program built into the organization.

It is something Zoom supports daily, alongside the gaming and creator side of the team.

The organization has supported dementia research and a local children’s hospice while helping raise awareness for both.

After a creator Zoom knew personally passed away, members of the community helped plant a tree in his memory and donated to his family.

For TeamNineTails, supporting creators is not limited to showing up in their streams.

Meet ZoomNineTails

ZoomNineTails is the founder, owner, and promoter of TeamNineTails.

He has been gaming since the days of the original Game Boy and PlayStation 1, but his path into content creation started much later on Mixer.

That is where he found a creator named ReAnimateHer and became a regular viewer in her community, TheHorde.

Watching her streams and hearing what she had learned about content creation eventually convinced him to try it himself.

The name ZoomNineTails combines two parts of his online identity. “Zoom” comes from his favorite villain in The Flash. “NineTails” connects him to the organization he created.

He rebranded his own channel at the same time he launched the team.

As for what his content is like, Zoom describes it as funny, inclusive, welcoming, and occasionally involving random singing.

People following him on Lowlight should also expect the occasional clip that leaves them wondering what exactly they just watched.

And trolls should probably reconsider.

Zoom has a habit of trolling them back until bothering him stops being fun.

He is proud of becoming a Rumble Premium Creator, but when asked about his proudest achievement as the leader of TeamNineTails, he pointed somewhere else.

“There are amazing people in this organization.”

TeamNineTails Comes to Lowlight

TeamNineTails is joining Lowlight to introduce more people to its creators and bring the organization’s mix of gaming, community, and mental health advocacy to the platform.

For the first 30 days, Zoom wants members to establish themselves, share what they create, and feel proud representing the team.

After that, TeamNineTails will be working toward becoming an Official Organization on Lowlight.

“It would mean a lot to me and the team,” Zoom said. “We’re very proud of what we’ve done so far, and more accomplishments would make us even prouder.”

For now, come meet the foxes.

Follow ZoomNineTails, find the creators of TeamNineTails, and welcome them to Lowlight.
