You've already made Lowlight so much better. Since launch, our beta users have submitted hundreds of bug reports—and our team has been fixing them as fast as we can. The app you're using today is more stable, more polished, and more fun because of your feedback.
Now we want to say thanks. For the next two weeks, we're rewarding every valid bug report with free Lowlight Premium. Hit 3 bugs and you'll also unlock an exclusive Mythic item that won't be available anywhere else.
Already Submitted Bugs?
This program is retroactive to launch. If you've already reported bugs, those count toward your rewards. Give us a day or two to update your validated bug count in the app—we're working through the backlog.
Rewards
More bugs = bigger rewards:
- 1 valid bug → 1 week of Premium
- 3 valid bugs → 1 month of Premium + "Life Emerging" Mythic item
- 7 valid bugs → 3 months of Premium
- 15 valid bugs → 1 full year of Premium
Premium tiers replace each other—they don't stack. Hit 3 bugs and you get 1 month total, plus the Mythic.
Exclusive Mythic: Life Emerging
Report 3 valid bugs and you'll receive "Life Emerging"—a Mythic rarity crystalline bonsai with glowing cyan and purple leaves. This item is only available through this beta program.
There's also a red Unique variant with crimson leaves and a matching base. Once you own the base version, you can use Unique Tokens to try your luck at upgrading it.
How It Works
- Spot a bug while using Lowlight
- Report it in Settings → Report a Bug
- Attach screenshots so we can track it down
- Collect your rewards once we verify it!
What Counts as a Valid Bug?
- Reproducible — Give us clear steps to trigger it
- Not already reported — Check the Known Bugs list first
- Not a known issue — We're already tracking some things
- Actually a bug — Feature requests don't count (but we still want to hear them!)
Pro Tips
- Be specific—tell us exactly how to reproduce it
- Screenshots and screen recordings go a long way
- Describe what you expected vs. what actually happened
- Include your device model and iOS version
How to Report
Always report through the app. Go to Settings → Report a Problem and select "Bug Report." This automatically captures your device info and lets us track your submissions for rewards.

Android & Web Users
This program is currently iOS-only. When Android and web versions launch, we'll run similar programs with opportunities to earn Life Emerging. Stay tuned!
