Beta Bug Rewards: Earn Premium for Valid Reports

Submit clear bug reports during beta. Reports validated by Lowlight can count toward Premium milestones and the Life Emerging item.

Useful bug reports help us reproduce problems, prioritize fixes, and improve Lowlight for everyone. Reports that Lowlight validates can count toward Premium reward milestones.

Current Premium Milestones

  • 1 credited valid bug: 7 days of Premium total.
  • 3 credited valid bugs: 30 days of Premium total.
  • 7 credited valid bugs: 90 days of Premium total.
  • 15 credited valid bugs: 365 days of Premium total.

Milestones replace earlier milestones rather than stacking as separate full grants. For example, reaching three valid bugs brings the program total to 30 Premium days; it does not add another 30 days on top of the seven-day milestone.

Life Emerging

Accounts with at least three credited valid bugs can receive one base Life Emerging Mythic item, subject to item availability and successful reward processing.

How to Submit a Useful Report

  1. Open Settings → Report a Problem.
  2. Select Bug Report.
  3. Describe what happened, what you expected, and the steps needed to reproduce it.
  4. Add screenshots or recordings when they help explain the issue.
  5. Submit the report for review.

What Counts as a Valid Bug?

Lowlight reviews each report. Submission alone does not guarantee validation, Premium, an item, or any other reward.

  • The report identifies an actual product defect rather than a feature request.
  • The team can verify the issue from the supplied details or available diagnostics.
  • The report contains enough information to investigate.
  • The report is credited as valid after review.

Reports classified as invalid, non-bugs, or duplicates may not increase the credited valid-bug count. Lowlight may correct credits or reward grants when review information changes.
